KICK ASS 2 REVIEW

First if you did not see the first Kick Ass, I would highly suggest you see it before you see KICK ASS 2. It makes it much easier to relate to the characters in the movie. I will start off by saying; I thought the movie was going to be dreadful because the sequel never do as good as the first. For me, going into this movie my hope was indeed low.  Once the first ten minutes passed; the action speeds up.  I would say, now I understand why Jim Carrey would not support the movie due to the brawl scenes in the movie.  To all parents, the movie is rated R!!! With this in mind, do not let your child or teen see this movie unless they are 18
years old. This is a great movie!! Due to all the gun violence we as a country experience, I strong suggest that parents open the line of commutations with their children. Talk to them about violence and what to do if they see violence of any kind. It would be a great idea to go see the movie with your teenager (I strongly suggest no child under the age of 18 even with an adult supervision to see this movie).
Throughout the movie, I could see there was an underline of self-pride and accepts. The characters accept who they were with or without the masks on. I also saw and it’s real obvious at the end for people to take action and not be just stand and blend into the background.  The movie to me was about help your fellow man and to use the negative in your life to positively help or influence someone or the world around you. The movie also touches on the problem us as a society has which is bullying. As a former child of bullying I could relate to the two main characters on their problems of “fitting in” and figuring out who they are. The movie does that wonderfully and funny way.
Now the action, here’s the hard part. I really cannot tell you much about the action scenes cause then I basely gave away the whole movie. I will say that the action will leave you on the edge of your sit!
Parents no matter what your children/teenager tells you. THE MOVIE IS RATED R!!! Do not let your children see this movie if they are underage even if you will be with them. DO NOT LET THEM WATCH THE MOVIE!! Even if they are 18, you know what your child can handle mentally. I could tell you more, but why would I ruin the movie for you. Go and enjoy the movie.
