Update on me (Weight loss)

I made a post a little time ago about me losing weight and loving myself a little more. I am writing this post to update you on that plan. I admit I fell off track (hey I'm only human), but I am back on track doing my workouts and eating health as possible.

Here are the videos I found on YouTube that helped me to get up to work out. They made me realize you can turn anything into a work out and that the most simple move and give you the most results. Just like any weight loss or workout plan... PLEASE talk with your doctor before doing any workouts or diet/weight loss plan. I most want to work out but keep my female curves.
